"VLATA" is the first enterprise which has begun the holding of security structures and the group of companies "Vinogradov". It was registered on March 10, 1992 among the first private security enterprises of Russia. The law " About private detective and security activity in the Russian Federation " was published and came into force the next day namely on March, 11.

They shall study legislation, wielding weapon, special means, pass physical and fire training. Everyone shall receive in the licensing office of militia a personal license for security activity and also the admission to carry and apply in a working hours his/her service weapon and special means.

In the course of time study and self-improvement shall become partners in life of the security guard. Training goes on according to the schedule, annually tests are taken in militia to confirm service conformity.

"VLATA" staff of which staff is about three hundred employees guards 25 objects of the group of companies "Vinogradov" and some partner firms, ensures safety of some especially very important persons, renders other security services.
