Activity of the group of companies "Vinogradov" has a strongly expressed social component. Each enterprise makes its positive contribution to the society. It does not mean any additional load undertaken in the interests of image and self-advertising. It is the pattern of life and actions of people being in harmony with world around, with this country, region and city.

First of all, the product of the group of companies is socially useful. Manufacturing of the high-quality goods and services is completely demanded by the society and meets its vital interests. The public benefit to a great extent is a source of high profitability of business. Moreover, it seriously motivates workers filling them with pride of their business and trade mark "Vinogradov".

At the same time, within the framework of the group of companies there is being realized a number of special social projects. The most important of them is preparation of captains of the Russian business among talented young people selected in regions including young people from families with small incomes that are not capable to pay for studying in the capital higher school.

In conditions of market economy there exists great lack of managers who are capable to conceive creatively being competent, vigorous and fair ones. It is the direct contribution to the future of the country, the security of its development and prosperity.

In the summer of 2002 V.N.Vinogradov's representatives have carried out selection of candidates among graduates of higher schools in ten cities. As there were required young people with inclinations of organizers, enterprising and strong-willed ones, they have been selected mainly not being guided by marks of their certificates but mainly by results of detailed interviews and the special tests developed by psychologists. The final decision was adopted by the commission headed by V.N.Vinogradov that left 27 people.

According to the contract, the firm shall pay for studying at a higher school and accommodation at a hostel, provide students with work for which the salary is to be charged. In the contract there are no enslaving conditions concerning returning or working off the monetary funds that have been paid in. On receiving their diplomas, the young people shall only be obliged to work for one year for the group of companies.

A person shall actively make progress under conditions of increased loads and responsibility. This thesis underlies of studying and labor training of new Russian demidovs, morozovs and tretiakovs.

From 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. the young people shall work at the enterprises of the group of companies, mainly in the capacity of sales representatives of the department of minor sales of plant "Stolichny Trust". At 7 p.m. there shall start studying at Moskow institute of econometrics, computer science, finance and law. So that not to interrupt their working fro the enterprises specially for students supervised by Vinogradov there has been worked out a sliding schedule of a passing examinations without sessions as far as one or another discipline is mastered. Only high marks namely "excellent" and "well" are to be recognized. "Satisfactory" mars are to be subject to repeated passing the examination.

Acquiring knowledge and experience the young people shall quickly become mature. The third-year students already play a significant role in the group of companies. Alexey Kuritsyn has become one of the best sales representatives in the department of minor sales. Sergey Ivanov is working for the department of exclusive production the clients thereof being large firms, banks, insurance companies and state structures. Ivan Pchelintsev is an assistant to the chief of the department of strategic development..

Having seen the good results, V.N.Vinogradov in May, 2004 has made a decision of admitting new candidates and there has started again searching for enterprise propensities among graduates of higher schools. In September of the same year twenty more young talents from Russian remote places have started to study and work wholeheartedly.

The idea of a fair name that has shown itself so well in the sphere of goods and services has also been realized in a public life. Under V.N.Vinogradova's initiative there has been established the club of namesakes many well-known and respected people have formed a part thereof namely the former hockey player of CSCA and nowadays businessman Andrey Vinogradov, director of film production of studio " Mosfilm " Eugeny Vinogradov, actor of theatre and cinema Vladimir Vinogradov and many others.

Besides natural strive for communicating the members of club "Vinogradov" are driven by the desire to assert in our society cleanness of relationships, fidelity to a word given, kindness and care about neighbors.

All enterprises of the group of companies carry out charitable actions. The help is distributed, first of all, among motherless children, veterans and invalids who cannot take care of themselves with the best will in the world and spent on educational and medical institutions.

"Stolichny Trust" on a regular basis helps the social shelter for children and teenagers of Shchelkovo region. The sponsors not only cover material needs of the shelter but also help children with hard destiny to become full-fledged persons and to give up bad habits, to learn how to earn their living and be independent.

Among other objects of help in this region there is children's home No 1, municipal children's home, municipal educational complex "Romanticism" and children's musical school.

The enterprise has made a large contribution to development of children's physical culture and sports, cooperating with All-Russian charitable foundation named after Nickolay Ozerov. At the expense of "Stolichny Trust" stadium " Spartak " named after Ozerov and located in Shchelkovo is being reconstructed.

The plant is the sponsor of Moscow regional children's psychoneurological hospital and four more medical institutions of the capital area.

Enterprise " VLATA" as a token of active public work has received a certificate of the sponsor of children's charitable programs from Committee on affairs of nationalities of the State Duma and foundation " the Help to children ".

Distillery "Chisty Klutchi" from year to year pays for and organizes New Year's holidays for children of settlement Kljuchiki and to children's pleasure invites a tour brigade of actors of the regional circus.

As V.N.Vinogradov himself and many workers of the group of companies in the past worked at law enforcement bodies and special services, the large charitable help is sent to former colleagues who were injured badly when performing their service duties. To support them there has been established the Foundation of assistance to legal protection of workers of law enforcement bodies and special services. Much has been done for the All-Russian organization of invalids of internal troops and its Bureau of legal protection and information, veterans of frontier troops, participants of the Great Patriotic war. Payments are being made in the special budgetary foundation "Law and order" acting in the territory of Moscow oblast.

The enterprises of the group of companies are making a large contribution to preservation of historical and a cultural heritage. "Stolichny Trust" has participated in restoration of two temples in Moscow oblast namely The Temple of Tikhvin icon of Divine mother and the Temple of John Predtechi in settlement Frjanovo. Distillery "Chisty Klutchi" has undertaken all costs on restoration of Troitsky church in village Shatilove of Oryol oblast. Plant "Metkap" has returned the initial appearance to the former Morozov manufactory in Losinopetrovsky town of Moscow oblast.

This help is given with all the heart, proceeding from sincere desire to support people who have found themselves in a hard situation, to provide compatriots with better future. As far as material opportunities of the group of companies is growing up, the scale of this help will constantly increase.
