The enterprise started its history from distillery No 61 that was put into operation in 1913. In the Soviet period it started producing spirit and it was named "Klutchikovsky" distillery after the name of its location.

Since May 14, 2001 the distillery has been a part of the group of companies "Vinogradov" as "Chisty Klutchi". During a few months the factory has undergone to radical reconstruction and actually it has been anew constructed and equipped.

Nowadays it is a modern enterprise whose technologies, for example, its soft layout of boiling raw materials is directed to manufacturing high-quality products.

High quality

For the first time in the Russian practice there have been created special agricultural enterprises forming a raw-material base of a distillery. This is agricultural firm "Vinogradov" cultivating food wheat with preset properties and a grain accepting point that is actually a grain elevator where primary processing and storage of grain is carried out in the optimal conditions.

The data of laboratory researches and tastings evidence about the highest level of quality of spirit manufactured by "Chisty Klutchi Ltd". At the tasting organized by the National union of participants of the alcoholic market in November, 2004 spirit "Extra" received the highest estimation close to the limiting ten points and was named the standard of raw material for alcoholic beverage enterprises.

In 2005 the factory passed to manufacturing spirit of grade "De Luxe" that has become one of the major measures of the further improvement of quality of production of Joint-Stock Company "Stolichny Trust" and, in particular, restyling vodka and tinctures of "Vinogradov" line.

Manufacture of "Chisty Klutchi Ltd" is remarkable for its large economic efficiency. All the processes starting from feeding of grain up to the output of spirit are automated. They are operated by only one operator. Due to automation the personnel of "Chisty Klutchi" consists of only 80 people. At the average enterprise of the same capacity there would be employed twice as many people.

Daily capacity of the plant is 1.000 decalitres of spirit. In view of permanently increasing demand for the production at present there is carried out preparation for expansion of the enterprise in the course of which it should double its capacity. Ecological characteristics will be improved. For example, there will be introduced drying of the main waste material that are bards that will solve the problem of utilization thereof.

"Chisty Klutchi Ltd" also has got an apiary honey produced by it being sent to "Stolichny Trust", plantations of melliferous buckwheat for the apiary and the shop on manufacture of the buckwheat groats that is being delivered to commercial network.

In 2005 the plant started constructing dwelling houses for its workers: there have been laid foundations of the first cottages. There will be a new street in the settlement called Vinogradovsky street.
