Agricultural firm"Vinogradov" was established on April 1, 2004 on the basis of four agricultural production co-operatives in Izmalkovsky region of Lipetsk oblast.

Harvesting

The agricultural firm is a raw-material base of distillery "Chisty Klutchi" being in need of high-quality grain. It possesses about 15 thousand hectares of black earth farmland that are mainly arable lands.

The number of specialists and workers is about 800 people.

As a result of innovative actions the agricultural firm has got everything to be necessary for effective agricultural production namely machinery, transport, seeds, fertilizers, facilities of taking care of plants.

The main ground field has been allotted under wheat of grades "Bezenchucksky", "Tritikale", "Voronezh".

Loading

The agrotechnics is directed to cultivation of high-quality food grain to be suitable for manufacturing spirit of grades "Extra" and "De Luxe". First of all, it means that wheat is characterized by increased content of cellulose and decrease content of gluten. There have been introduced special technologies providing ecological cleanness of the products. Chemical pest-killers and herbicides are not applied.

One of the main means of rising productivity is the rest of ground that is so-called "fallow lands" and organic fertilizers from the own cattle-breeding complexes and farms.

Average productivity of cereals in 2004 was 19.3 centners per hectare. To the grain accepting enterprise for subsequent sending to the distillery there have been handed over 15 thousand tons of first-class wheat. Other grain has been destined for fodder purposes.

Besides wheat, the agricultural firm manufactures rye, barley and oats in commodity volumes.

We are exchanging of experience

The branch of cattle breeding is represented by seven complexes and farms where there are hold 1730 milk cows and 600 pigs. Now the cattle-breeding buildings are being equipped with new technical equipment, labor-intensive processes are being mechanized, the livestock is rising and its efficiency is growing up. Among the nearest plans there is construction of a dairy complex on 800 cows, farms on 15 thousand pigs and own mixed fodder factory.

According to scientists and responses of press, activity of the group of companies "Vinogradov" in the agrarian sector is a positive model for the whole economy of Russia and plays an important role in overcoming the general crisis of the country's agriculture.
